How are your items shipped?
I ship my items via United States Postal Service Priority mail.

How much is shipping going to cost?
Shipping will cost $5.00 to anywhere inside of the United States and approx $29.00 to anywhere in Canada.

How long will my item take to be delivered?
Usually it is between 5-7 business days for domestic shipping and 1-2 weeks for international shipping. I am completely reliant on the USPS for shipping however, and due to this times can change in accordance with their standard work flow. (I.E. during the holiday season, shipping may take additional time)

What is your return policy?
In the case you are dissatisfied with your product, I offer a 30 day return guarantee. You will be responsible for the shipping fee to return the item to me, and upon receipt of this item I will fully refund you the price you paid for the product (not including shipping costs).

What if my item is lost or damaged in the mail?
I understand this happens. Should this happen, please contact me to discuss the process of receiving a replacement.

Why isn’t all of your work for sale?
A lot of the work on my website is older and wasn’t designed with printing in mind. When you design for print, the resolution needs to be much higher then that of a screen resolution. This is in addition to the fact that most of these were designed using an RGB color model, while print requires a CMYK color model. Going forward most of my work will be designed with printing in mind.
